STRASBOURG - An Italian Air Force helicopter crashed near Strasbourg. On board were eight people who are all dead, as the captain reported the fire in the region, Serge Malaret. The aircraft crashed in a field near a main road near the town of Ligny-en-Barrois and caught fire.
" The helicopter crashed and caught fire for reasons that we do not know - explained on the phone Malaret - eight people died."
The Ministry of Defence has confirmed: the aircraft was an Air Force HH-3F, in training flight with another helicopter similar. The Italian Air Force is following the phases of relief.
